Events

The jam sessions will feature a house band and curated jazz repertoire. Each session will be themed to focus on the music and legacy of a jazz artist; musicians are encouraged to play a tune written by that artist. A different jazz artist will be announced a week ahead of time to give musicians time to learn and explore that artist’s music. We invite musicians of all levels and ages to join each session. Non-performing patrons are also invited to attend and watch each session.

Danielle Andrews – The Vocal Empress Internationally touring R&B vocalist with over 30 years of experience. Former Motown recording artist with Shades, she has toured worldwide and performed background vocals for Whitney Houston and Enrique Iglesias. Danielle delivers luxury live performances spanning 70s, 80s, 90s R&B, pop, rock, and timeless classics—creating unforgettable, high-impact experiences for corporate events, private engagements, and concert stages.

Established in 1995 in Providence, RI, Rory and the Blues Hounds is a long-running New England band led by Rory Malloy and fronted by Lisa Kay. Known for a high-energy mix of blues, classic rock, soul, and dance tunes, they have been a staple in the local music scene for over 25 years

Chalumeau is a groovy 8 piece band from Providence, RI, delivering a high energy mix of original blues, jazz, and rock & roll. Featuring a dynamic horn section and an intergenerational lineup of seasoned musicians and rising talent, the band includes Rhode Island Music Hall of Famers Rick Couto and Marty Ballou alongside Bill Jette, Butch Rovan, Patrick Rourke, Harry Qin, Laurie Schaeffer, and lead vocalist/keyboardist Katherine Bergeron, aka Chalumeau.

Known for their tight arrangements and electrifying live performances, Chalumeau has become a standout act in the local music scene. As Motif Magazine puts it: “If you get a chance to hear Chalumeau perform live, jump on it!”

8:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Little Miss and the Boom channels the retro sounds of swing, blues, jazz, and rockabilly into a lively, modern show. From upbeat dance numbers to powerful ballads, the band keeps audiences hooked all night. At the center is the glamorous Little Miss, a classically trained vocalist whose wit, charm, and dynamic stage presence shine in every performance. Backed by a tight group of seasoned musicians—including a Berklee-trained drummer, steady bassist, vintage-toned guitarist, expressive pianist, and a vibrant sax-and-trumpet horn section—the band delivers a polished, high-energy experience with timeless flair.
